My skin type is oily and this primer really exacerbated it. Although it keeps my makeup on within a few hours my skin looked really oily, even with a matte foundation. When I touched my face oil could clearly be seen on the back of my hand. I'm sure for dry or normal skinned people this primer would work well as there is a strobing effect. It definitely lives up to the name lumilayer however I will not be repurchasing as it is not for my skin type.
