Purchased as part of my first foray into Korean brand makeup! I ended up going with Etude House after a toss-up between Tony Moly's Delight Tony Tint and this one, since I heard so many good things about it. I purchased OR202 and BR401 as I've never bought any orange-tinted lip colours before.
I've never used a lip tint until now (matte liquid lipsticks will own my soul now until forever), but I found it easy to apply using the doe-foot applicator. I'm guessing from the name that the formula is supposed to be gel-like, but it's pretty watery and doesn't really leave a glossy shine as implied by the colour samples in the product description. It does stain the lips nicely for a few hours (less if you drink/kiss/etc), but it's worth noting that once dried down, the colour lightens a little, so if you're wanting a vivid or intense shade I'd suggest buying 1 shade darker than you like.
OR202 becomes a tangerine kind of colour on my lips, which fades into a peachy-orange after 2-3 hours. Application is a bit patchy in some places so you'll want to prep your lips by exfoliating and applying balm so it's nice and soft with no rough patches before putting it on as it'll emphasise them for sure. I do notice that with these orangey colours it really sucks the colour out of the rest of your face, so i'd recommend wearing some corally blush or something at the same time so your face doesn't look too wan or yellow if you're an NC15 shade like me :)
TL;DR
+: applies smooth, nice colour
-: only lasts a few hours without reapplication, a bit watery, orange shades a bit patchy
Overall I'd say this is probably a nice tint to get if you're a beginner in Korean cosmetics like me, but I think it's worth checking out other tints if you're looking for something with more substance. I hear Peripera's Peri Ink is crazy good!
